Refund, Exchange, and Return Policy

At Blip, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our refund, exchange, and return policy carefully.

 

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions: 

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the item.
  • The original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) is required.

 

Note: Items marked as final sale, custom-made, or personalized are not eligible for return.

 

Process for Returns

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@blip.ae with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Once approved, you will receive instructions to ship the item back.
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

 

Refund Policy

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be initiated within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Deductions: Any shipping fees paid during the original order are non-refundable.

 

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item: 

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving the item.
  2. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  3. If the exchange item is of a higher price, you’ll be required to pay the difference.

 

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item: 

  1. Notify us immediately at Support@blip.ae with photos of the defect or damage.
  2. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: 

  • Items marked as Final Sale.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging.
